Reason for return or exchange.
We will then provide you with instructions regarding the next step.

In original condition (unused & unsoiled)
Tags MUST still attached.
Returned within 14 days of purchase.
Please ensure that returned products are re-packaged with care, so they are in suitable condition to be re-sold.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged.
Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless the product is faulty.
If you have requested a refund, we will issue a credit to your credit card, Paypal or bank account within 24 hours of receipt of goods. If you would rather exchange the item, you may select an alternative, however if the replacement item is of a higher value than the original item you will be required to pay the difference.
We will request you to provide a self addressed, appropriately sized postage satchel when exchanging goods (unless faulty, when no charge will apply), or request payment of the cost of the postage/ shipping. Return or exchange of sale items: Sale products are not refundable unless faulty. In the case of return of a sale item, a store credit or exchange will be offered.

Should you discover that a product is faulty, we will replace it free of charge if it is posted within Australia. For returns / exchanges outside Australia, "at cost" postal charges will apply; please contact us on
